An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet been handed to logistics for preparation.
How to request it
- Open a support ticket
- Add your order number
- Clearly mention that you want to cancel the order
If the order has already shipped
Immediate cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery according to our policy.
